Gatorswrath is a hot pepper sauce that got it’s start in my organic garden as a bounty crop of mixed hot peppers. After that crop, I decided that habaneros were the pepper for me and crafted my sauce around the pepper, the garlic and the carrots for sweetness. We sold more of it than the other hot sauces we carried, so we found a manufacturer that would produce my recipe, designed a label and Gatorswrath was born.
